Zinkworks Achieved the Investors in Diversity Bronze Award

Zinkworks has achieved the Investors in Diversity Bronze accreditation from the Irish Centre for Diversity, recognising the company’s commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture. The accreditation highlights the positive environment being built across the organisation, where collaboration, respect and inclusion are part of the everyday experience for employees across all teams. 

With a team representing more than 15 nationalities, diversity continues to play an important role in the culture at Zinkworks. Different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives help strengthen collaboration, encourage innovation and create a workplace where people can continue to learn and grow together. 

The recognition also reflects feedback shared by employees through recent workplace surveys, where Zinkworks achieved a 95% overall Diversity & Inclusion score, alongside strong results across areas including fairness, belonging and respect. 

This milestone follows the company’s recent Great Place to Work® Certification in Ireland and further reinforces Zinkworks’ focus on creating a people-first culture where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.
